Jocanna Brown is a Credit Education Specialist, entrepreneur, and founder of Brown Solution Services, with over six years of experience in the credit industry. She specializes in helping consumers better understand credit, strengthen their financial profiles, and prepare for major financial milestones, including homeownership.

As a bilingual educator serving both English- and Spanish-speaking communities, Jocanna is passionate about making credit education practical, relatable, and easy to understand. Her experience working alongside consumers and real estate professionals gives her a unique perspective on the important role credit plays throughout the homebuying journey.

 Real Estate Broker & CE Instructor 

Milette Watkins is a Georgia Real Estate Broker, licensed real estate professional in Florida and South Carolina, and experienced educator with more than 25 years of experience in training, compliance, documentation, and business operations.

Her background spans residential and commercial transactions, new construction, leasing, land, investment properties, and estate-related real estate matters. Known for making complex topics clear and relatable, Milette creates engaging learning experiences grounded in practical, real-world scenarios.

Her philosophy is simple: Education should do more than satisfy a requirement—it should make you a better real estate professional.

  Founder, School Director & CE Instructor 

 Arlene Rodriguez is the founder of Club de Brands and School Director of Brands Academy of Real Estate. She has worked in the new-construction industry since 2016, beginning her career in interior design and design studio operations with homebuilders including Taylor Morrison and Kerley Family Homes. She later transitioned into builder marketing, where she spent five years leading digital advertising, branding, content, and community marketing initiatives.

Drawing from her experience in both design and marketing, Arlene develops practical, industry-focused courses covering new construction, floor plans and design selections, artificial intelligence, advertising compliance, social media, video, branding, and digital marketing.

As a bilingual instructor, she creates modern, engaging learning experiences that help real estate professionals understand complex information and confidently apply it to their businesses.
